您好，想问您一个问题，我安装了一个antconc软件，然后建了一个txt的文件，并且用语料库在线网站上的分词工具进行了分词，然后在放回txt文件里保存了unicode t8 格式，可是在antconc里面还是打不开。wordlist搜索不到任何词。请问怎样做才能打开中文的txt文件？

BNC在开发时还在Win98和XP时代。Win7上可以安装，后面的就不清楚了。其实要用这个库的话完全可以上 https://cqpweb.lancs.ac.uk/ 用cqpweb平台查询，个人感觉比光盘安装版方便得多，功能也更强大。

Haiyang老师，你好！我在淘宝上买了BNC world edition （Sara）第一次安装dell xps 13 9350 （win 10 64）成功了，后来电脑恢复出厂设置，再安装却怎么也安装不上了，尝试了无数次都不行。请问您是我操作的问题吗，还是就是不支持？就是在最后initializing时出现的问题，错误提示是：Visual C++ Runtime Library; abnormal program termination，运行库也下载安装了，还是不行。另外，是不是 BNC Xaira 能安装到win 10 64位上，要是能安装上，我再买一张。盼回复，谢谢！！！

李老师，您好。请教您一个问题。我将unicode编码的英文文本用软件批量转为ANSI编码后，导入到paraconc里面还是识别，但是将文本文件另存为ANSI编码就可以，请问是哪里出了问题吗？
