我用anova检验不出差异，应该有显著差异的，而又不会用Fisher's Exact Test ，请帮忙！

样本很大，我看马广惠老师那本《外国语言学及应用语言学统计方法》上做方差分析的例子数量都很小，我不知道这个该怎么做。
