我的数据是这样的： NNS NS 频数差异 87 71 16 623 1165 -542 我就是想检验一下87和71，623和1165之间的各自频数差异是否有显著性，不是NNS和NS两组之间的差异显著性。spss中的卡方检验如果不能检验两两之间的差异，那怎么办呢？我对数据统计知识知道得不多，请多指教！

如果用Paul Rayson 的Log-likelihood calculator 是不是也可以呢？如果可以的话，结果似乎只能是overuse 或是underuse，这是不是意味着每组数据之间都存在显著差异呢？

谢谢大家！我知道用卡方检验，但是，就像csli 说的如果在spss中用Descriptive下的crosstabs,然后单击data-->Weight case 所得出的Chi-square 只是两组间的差异，而不是两两之间的差异。我的问题关键就是怎样能得出两两之间差异？ 另外,如果用wordsmith，应该怎么操作呢？

这个问题一直没有解决，不知哪位能指点一下？
