Who has the article by Smadja, Frank, 1994, Retrieving Collocation from Text: Xtract, Computational Linguistics 19.1: 143-177?

The digitalized version of Computational Linguistics is only available from Vol 22 (1996) onwards. The paper you are looking for is quite old, and can only be found in print version.
 
Yes, you should. If you do need it and cannot get it from other means, I'll try to send you a scanned photocopy version when possible. But it takes time to do so, coz I seldom borrow "real" books or journals these days --- a direct access to digital library and database from internet is enough to my own research.
