应该说lexical bundle和lexical cluster 意义差不多，前者是（LGSWE）使用的术语，主要是Biber喜欢用的；后者是Mike Scott 等使用的，主要是语言学上的概念，是几个词的组合，有的有意义，有的无意义。
Ngram主要使用在自然语言处理上，可以是1-gram，就是指wordlist;2-gram,指两联词的组合；3-gram，........
本质上他们没有区别。

Ngram 中N是不是应大于等于2？本质上他们是没什么差别，只是因为lexical bundle的论文国内已有人写过，想换个说法，但是没找到lexical cluster和Ngram的具体定义和分类，硕士论文没合适的理论框架，希望有识之士指点。

from my perspective, you generate lexical bundles from Ngram software, such as KiwicFinder or the online one edited by Tom Cobb.

Definition of Lexical Bundle: Lexical bundles are the sequences of words that reoccur the most frequent in spoken and written texts.

Function of Lexical Bundle: Lexical bundles are usually not structurally complete and not idiomatic in meaning, but they serve important discourse functions in both spoken and written texts. They are important building blocks in discourse. Lexical bundles provide a kind of pragmatic ‘head’ for larger phrases and clauses, where they function as discourse frames for the expression of new information.
