It's a 1983's paper. Paul Nation has published many more papers of same/similar topic since then. You must have a very good reason to have to read that old piece.

I need it in my research to test the college students' acquisition of high-frequency words. Now, it is observed in class that the teachers don't spend much time in teaching those words, as a result, the students do not have a good command of them.

Nation教授的文章从他的主页上一个也不载不了，不像许多其他教授那样把自己的文章都放在网上，让需要的人下载。要是Nation教授也能把自己的文章放在网上，那就太好了。
