求文本规范技巧,如下文:

以<A>话轮为例,正确的是最后一个,即<A>后隔一个空格才是话语what is it ...; 中间的不规范,因为<A>空了四个字符才是话语,应该是空一个;但第一个也规范,因为同话步的空格数视乎同话步何时开始.

请问:可以如何很快将所有不规范的改过来如又不改变同话步空格数?

不明白你说的问题。
查找替换：用两空格换一空格就都解决了。

如果要做批量处理可在PowerGREP软件中用正则表达式
查找\s+，替换为一个空格
