如何检索词组, MI, Z-Score, etc. with WSTools

请问我怎么才能在BROWN中检索出所有的连接词first(ly)，second(ly),third(ly) 等？

还有用wordsmith检索词组是没有问题的，但是我怎么才能保证我所检索出来的词组都是固定搭配？比如说to begin with就是固定的连接词，检索出来它也可能是和整句话连起来，而不是一个词组了怎么办？万分感激？

这样的图示真是简单易懂。请问laohong是否用wordsmith查出某个词与它的搭配词的MI值是否也有类似的图示说明呢？到上面这个显示的网站查其他资料，好像进不去。

http://score.crpp.nie.edu.sg这个网站是介绍我做的项目的，当然查不到你要的东西。那个图文并茂的说明是我以前做的，临时放在那里帮助一哈有需要的朋友。很遗憾，目前还没有做M1的帮助文件。

1.如果使用的是WST3.0，由卫乃兴、李文中、濮建忠三人编著的《语料库应用研究》2005. 一书中第119到123页有比较详细的操作步骤。
2.如果使用WST4.0及5.0，只要文件经过索引后，打开索引的token 文件后点计算MI值就可以了。

Using WS Tools 4.0 to calculate MI/MI3/LogL/Z-Score:

1) Run WordList with a corpus -> Make/Add to an Index -> Save the Index file;

2) Open the WordList Index file (***.tok = token 文件) under the WordList tool (via "File, Open", go to the ..\Index folder));

3) Select a word of interest -> Compute -> Relationships (used to be "Mutual information" in early versions);

4) Settings window pops up. Confirm/change settings if needed;

Wait for the program to do its trick.............

5) Sort the display by various kinds of frequencies (MI/MI3/LL/Z-Score);

非常感谢各位的解释。但是我运行到‘动态语法’讲到的第三步，点击compute，菜单中没有compute mi值这个选项啊！急！问题出在哪里呢？（菜单中只包含concordance, new column, clusters, lemma matches, matches, relationships, summary statistics）另：我用的是wst4.0

应该就是那个relationships。

My bad. I was using an old lecture note based on an earlier version of WST4. Indeed, it's now called Relationships.

After you open the Index file:

2) Open the WordList Index file (***.tok = token 文件) under the WordList tool (via "File, Open", go to the ..\Index folder));

3) Move to/Find a word of interest -> Compute -> Relationships;

4) Settings window pops up. Confirm/change settings if needed.

Do change the settings here: select "Selection" instead of the default "All" option. (See the graphics below.)

You can of course adjust other setting parameters, too.

Wait for the program to do its trick.............

5) Sort the display by various kinds of frequencies (MI/MI3/LL/Z-Score);

Note: Seems that you have to reopen the Index file again to work on another word of interest. You cannot do with the same process for multiple individual words.

要得到某一个特定的词和它的搭配词的之间的MI值，在点中relationships 后有个设置选项，其中words to ? , 应该设为selected,不是all
