asking for help: corpora of academic papers

现在写一篇关于lexical bundles 的论文，哪位高人知道哪里有 由国际期刊上各种学科论文编写的语料库，急需Electrical engineering, biology, applied linguistics 这几个学科的。
一般都是个人建的库吧，有没有免费的？
我已申请了BAWE，但是得不到回复啊。。。。。。
恳请高人指点。。。
