wordsmith4.0检索时出现的问题

我在用wordsmith4.0的concord检索我所标注的语料时，出现这样的对话框：
You have tag-symbols in <?>, Are you concordancing on tags? 后，出现的检索结果是没有，这是为什么？急盼回复!谢谢！
