I think it's called HyperResearch. It is a well known tool for
qualitatitive analysis. The best feature is that you can link
you transcript lines with audio and video recordings. However,
the trial version gives you only a limited number of links and
it can be expensive to buy. But even with the trial version one
can at least use it for conference presentations or classroom
teaching.
