关于TACT软件的问题？

我查了下本站以前的网页http://www.corpus4u.org/showthread.php?t=643

在google搜索TACT 2.1.3，只有个LETRS' QuickGuides: TACT ，http://www.indiana.edu/~letrs/help-services/QuickGuides/about-tact.html
也就是介绍TACT: Textual Analysis Computing Tools，没有软件的下载或者试用:(

但是那个Ftp ftp://chass.utoronto.ca/pub/cch/tact/tact2.1/.不知道怎么下载，无法下载！:confused:

有没有用过TACT的，杨惠中教授的手中用到过，说是可以注册在线使用，不知道具体怎么用，哪里可以下载软件版使用的？求解答，谢谢

在http://tactweb.humanities.mcmaster.ca/download/tactweb/readme.html上下载了Tactweb,但还是不知道怎么用，因为那个程序打不开！网页上只有个试用的，语料为两片英文小说！

那个安装指南installation instructions that come with the TACTweb.zip package实在是看不懂，说是要选择一个 Suitable Web Server HTTPD for Windows或者O'Riley Software's WebSite ，难道要去下载一个网络服务器？
实在是不懂？
