[求助]社科院英语中心？

Yuan Li was a contractual English teacher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences at that time.He is a unique young scholar in China specialised in pictographic study of English letters and words. He had a monograph published in this field around 2000.But I don't know his whereabouts now.
 
社科院语言所肯定没有这样的机构。
社科院英语中心可能是指教公共英语的部门吧。
