Why don’t learners learn what teachers teach? The interaction hypothesis by Allright,D. (1984) from Language Learning in Formal and Informal Contexts edited by D.M. Singleton and D.G. Little
 
Can you re-order it by following APA or MLA? I don't know why I cannot follow your way of referencing. Sorry.
 
The citation I saw in the Encyclopedic Dictionary of Applied Linguistics reads like the following:
