美中外语 和 中美英语教学 只有国外刊号，没有国内刊号，所以不能在国内发行，据此算"非法刊物"

投稿要交的版面费也比较贵

It is heard (not verified) that the contribution fee (版面费?) is 300 yuan per page.

But some of papers in the two journals are of high quality.

这两本杂志是SSCI的来源刊物吗？我也听投过稿的人说，上来一联系说是要交2000元，划了价才减到（可能是）1100元。

美中外语 和 中美英语教学这两个刊物好像是给钱就发文章，可能有点问题。上面有“papers of high quality",是不是高价约稿来撑门面的？
