Xaira (free) and WordSmith 4.0 (50 pounds) can cope with any languages covered in Unicode -virtually all languages in the world.
Concordance (by Rob Watt, available at http://www.concordancesoftware.co.uk/) can also work with Chinese and other East Asian languages - claims to be work with any language, but have not tried that. It is available for free trial for a month.
MLCT java concordancer; Concordance by R. J. C. Watt; WS 4.0 by Mike Scott; Powergrep 3.0; paraconc; regexbuddy; Concapp, and more.... but all are of limited functions and good for demonstration only.
Some of them are restricted in fuctionalities (before purchasing a registration code) while some are fully functional but expire after the trial period.
