我想购买BNC WORLD
请问大家一般是买CD版的还是网络版的?
我看那个CD版的是50英镑, 而网络版一年的价格是60英镑, 不知道买哪个合算?

主要是看你的用途了，是自己用还是用于局域网上。自己用就买cd网络版,局域网上用就买网络版的。

不过, 我在法国, 看样子还要交tva了. 真是倒霉.

从目前的经验来看，有没有xml格式，对一般使用者而言似乎没有任何影响。

The XML edition of the whole BNC has not yet come out. But you can try BNC-Baby in XML.

what's the difference betn BNC WORLD EDITION ON CD and BNC SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE?
which one should i buy for my thesis?

I'd advise buying the CD version - that belongs to you permanently. The online account of annual subscription only allows you one year access if you pay 60 pounds.

BTW - you can register an trial account (the same service provided at the server at the British Library as if you paid) valid for 20 days free of charge! You will of course need to download a copy of SARA client programme (free again).
