[help] How to delete words in the match list using WST 4.0?

Below is the snapshot in WST chm of how to delete words in the match list; notice that those words to be deleted are all with the strikethroughs (The words IS and THIS):

Yet when I choose and load the match list and choose ACTION-"delete entries which match", the words only become grey in color with no strikethroughs, and when saved, the words are still there. Here is my snapshot (The word ONE):

I am wondering what is going wrong and I ask for help from those who encounter the similar situation.

The deleted lines are still (in pale fonts) there before they are "zapped". Use "zap" to physically delete the selected lines.

Yes, I made it after choosing ZAP (Ctrl+Z), and also in the help file I've found the following tutorial:

save part of the data only
By default,SAVE and SAVE AS save all your data that you haven't zapped.

It seems that version 4.0.0.374 has improved in the display of the deleted words compared with version 4.0.0.331.
