这么早的文章应该没有电子版本，看国图有没有了。联系原作者，如果有联系方式。国外大学图书馆也许会有。

If it is REALLY very important to you, you can get it from: http://eltj.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/reprint/37/1/22.pdf

You may need pay a few pennies for it though.
