wordsmith 4.0 的使用问题

我做论文时，需要附一些concordance lines。但是使用Wordsmith 4的复制功能后发现粘贴在word文档里的索引行对不齐。而且Wordsmith 4给出的每条索引行要明显比以前的版本更长，这样一来来就更不好对齐了。我想要的效果和多数语料库文章中给出例句的一样。请问各位高手，如何才能解决这一问题？谢谢！

先在WordSmith里把要用的concordance lines整理好，再使用抓图软件把图抓下来，然后贴到Word里就行了。抓图软件推荐Snagit，Screen Hunter等。

非常感谢楼上两位的帮助：）不过怎样在wordsmith中整理所需数据呢？我只知道用resort 和delete可以排序和删除，但比如我想隔行抽取的话该怎样处理呢？还请多多指教，谢谢！

Random sampling is done before, not after, the concordance lines are retrieved in WordSmith. To retrieve concordances at random, go to Settings - Adjust settings - Concord, check the box for "at random" and define your random sampling - retrieve one line from every 2, 3, 10, etc lines.

可以使用WST4中的随即抽样功能。一般的设置为：Setting-> Adjust Setting-> Concord-> Entries wanted per search word->at random (ticked)->1 in 2->OK
-> Make a concordance
