我觉得你的问题好像不是很能让人明白。wordsmith中只要词组在你的wordlist中就应该能看出他是overuse还是underuse啊，除非在你的目标词表中根本就没有这个词组。如果那样你只能检索，手工计算了。后面你所说的筛选是什么意思，想要怎样的筛选啊？

wordlist 或keyword中列出的都是单个的单词，而我打算分析的有些是词组，比如in contrast,即使分析的是单个的单词如first，它既可做序数词（e.g.the first one),也可做话语联系语(e.g.first, I'll....)，wordlist 或keyword中提供的数据包含了这两种，提供的keyness显然不能反映我是需要了解的，因为我只是要分析作为话语联系语的使用情况。是不是软件自动无法处理？请指教。

You can use WordSmith to make "wordlists" of word clusters (i.e. two-word, three-word clusters etc). But since you are considering both single words and phrases, wordsmith will find the task difficult.
You can try Wmatrix at Lancaster, which tags both words and phrases grammatically and semantically and also provides a utility to compute keyness. Registration is free for a month and if you want to continue to use it after that, an annual fee is applicable.
