有无新的《现代汉语频率词典》？

我手里有一本1986年北京语言学院出版社出版的《现代汉语频率词典》，此后有没有汉语单词频率的统计？ 词典、网页都行。望回复，谢谢。

Thank your for your quick reply.
But, is not there any other frequency list that covers a bigger size of vocabulary?
The dictionary only provides a list of 5000 words.
