CONFERENCE THEME
[FONT=宋体]The theme of the conference is Formulaic Language from Multi-Perspective, focusing on the issues of the development of formulaic language theory and its applications to different languages, fields and contexts including formulaic language acquisition in ESL, formulaic language and [/FONT][FONT=宋体]corpus,[/FONT][FONT=宋体] formulaic language and translation, formulaic language and simultaneous interpretation, formulaic language and teaching, formulaic language and business course. The theme of this congress is also intended to be broad and inclusive. It may involve views on the prospect of other cognitive theories such as construction, metaphor, metonymy, also relative theories.[/FONT]

[/FONT]SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

Proposals for paper presentations, workshops and colloquia should be sent in abstract form to [/FONT][FONT=宋体]chunk2009@126.com[/FONT][FONT=宋体] by February 28st, 2009.
Abstracts should be around 400 words and should include the following information:
- Type of Presentation: Paper, colloquium, workshop.
- Title of Paper
- Presenters: Names of presenters and institutional affiliation and address,
including email address
- Presentation Aim: Succinct statement of the aim of the contribution
- Presentation Background: Relationship to previous and current work with key[/FONT]

- Presentation Body: Description of the main part of the presentation
- References: List of references cited in the abstract
- Key terms: Key terms identifying the field(s) of presentation
