TreeTagger is a good free substitute for CLAWS.

It is not CLAWS, but as good as it.

和许博士上面发的是一样的吗？文件大了很多，可能包含了其他几种语言的缘故。

You are right. The English, French, German and Italian taggers each uses its own parameter file. I have also modified the original codes for the English tagger a little. Hope the taggers work for all.
