f4 - digital recording and transcribing software

The free audio-transcription software “f4” for PCs has all the functions
for convenient transcription, for typing up recorded material. Simply read
in your audio data in MP3, OGG or AIF format (How to convert your CSS,
WMA or others files into MP3? - Do it with SWITCH, a cost free converter!).
Start playback with the f4 key. To stop and automatic rewind just repress
F4 key - it's as simple as that. With this software you adjust the playing
speed to your typing speed and set the automatic rewind when you stop
the playback (e.g. at 3 seconds).

What makes F4 stand out is that it has a built in text processor so that
the user does not have to juggle between the audio player and the word
processor. In addition, have you noticed the function of adding time stamp
on the transcript? This level of detail really makes it a good utility for spoken
language research.

And the fact that all the function buttons are intuitive and easy to use
doesn't hurt either.

Yes, that's what I called 'time stamp'. Very handy.
 
还是找不到服务器，可能是这边网络设置的问题。这是国际网站吗？请问？
还有什么网站可以找到这个软件？

It's an audio file player, basically, and doesn't understand anything as a
speech recognition system does.
