New-Firth schools do not pay attention to the construction when dealing with collocation ,though they invent colligation as the alternative of construction. the above articles investigate collocation with the perspective of considering the construction,so it is complentary to New-Firth 's approach, perhaps the combination will contribute to the profound understanding of collocation .
