The rapid advancement of technology has enhanced language learning and language teaching, through increasingly prevalent computer mediated environments. Many advanced digital tools and useful multimedia, technical and web resources are now available. The word Chinese in this conference can be understood as: (1) the language to be learnt and taught; and (2) the learner population. The conference focuses on two major domains: Language and Technology.
