How to access Flob with xaira client

Xiaoz has mentioned that we can access FLOB by opening the coprus with xaira Client, ie, using the following as the corpus name

Can a URL be a file's name? How to proceed it?
What about Frown? Can we access it with xaira client as well?

The approved way for remote access using Xaira is not to open an URL as the corpus name (for some security problem). That was my invention. As that may put my site at at risk, I have disabled it. Sorry.
