BTW, could someone recommend me any learner corpus of oral english by chinese learners of english that has prosodic marking in China?
It would be great if the exact transcription conventions (esp. prosodic marking) are included.

I know of no Chinese learner corpus of English is prosodically annotated. Learner corpora are typically error tagged.

This looks like a very old article. These days there are many good free speech analysis programs (Praat etc) that can do that.
