It is known that in a given situation, one or the other method of English Languageteaching (ELT) may be highly appropriate to certain extent as far as the question of linguistic efficiency of the learners in the English language is concerned. While somemethods have certain advantages in development of listening and speaking skill of thelearners, other methods have striking advantages in the areas of reading, writing, andcommunication. However, the problem is that we are yet to find out a wholesomeELT method by which we can uplift a non-native speaker of English to the level of anative speaker where non-native speakers are endowed with all linguistic efficienciesand expertises equal to that of a native speaker
