Here is "A Dictionary of Prefixes, Suffixes, and Combining Forms from Webster's Third New International Dictionary":

http://www.spellingbee.com/pre_suf_comb.pdf

from which you can extract English prefixes, suffixes, and "combining forms"
(morphemes frequently used to modify other roots like allo-, omni-).

If anyone finds it useful, please rush to download it before it is removed from the Web.

very useful, Dr.xiao. i am looking for such a dictionary. if there is any program dictionary that can extract some morphemes from the given data, that will be better.

You can save the PDF as a text file and use a simple program to extract all morphemes (the head entries) easily.

i mean a program can extract stems, roots, affixes from the given corpus, can output a list of them with examples from the corpus, just like wordsmith.

Not as far as I am aware, but we can wait for UCL project to produce such a tool - they will incorporate it into ICE-UP - provided their project is approved ^.^
