Dr. Xiao, what does "ISSN: N/A" mean? Is it a legitimate ISSN number?

Published by Australian AAP Press. ISSN (printed): 0019-081X.The journal website (Sina Blog) is accessible. http://www.applied-linguistics.com/Guide for ContributorsIAL publishes original research articles in different areas of Applied Linguistics; however, preference is given to papers related to research on second or foreign language teaching and learning. Submission of a manuscript is taken to mean that it is an original work of the author(s), which has not been published elsewhere.Articles submitted to the journal should normally be bwteen words of 2,000 to 4,000, though longer articles will be read and considered. Submissions should have a separate title page with the author(s)’ name(s), their affiliations, and their complete postal and e-mail addresses. The first page of the manuscript should carry the title of the article without the name(s) of the author(s). Articles must be accompanied by an abstract, on a separate sheet, of about 150 words. Authors are requested to provide up to five key words, to appear just underneath the abstract. Either British or American spelling is satisfactory, provided that it is used consistently throughout the manuscript. Each contributor should provide a brief biodata of about 70 words listing main interests, recent publications, and a contact address. All submissions should conform to the requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (4th edition). Authors are responsible for the accuracy of references and citations, which must be in APA format. Please see APA style. All submissions are first assessed by one of the editors. The papers are then further assigned to one editorial board member for review. Thus two editors will review each paper, whose decisions are based upon the relevance, clarity, and value of the articles. You will be informed within 5 weeks (this may vary depending on various factors) of the reviews. We look forward to further interest in our publication. All inquiries and submissions can be e-mailed to larryyang@126.com Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically.General Editor:prof. Thank you, Dr. Xiao. Is this journal a legitimate one? Australian AAP Press seems to be specialized in newpapers.

I am not sure of that. The information I found was from the Linguist website and the website for that journal.
