Yes, if you use the BNC CQP edition (http://bncweb.lancs.ac.uk/bncwebSignup/), you can search for

dis*_V*

for all verbs starting with dis-, for example.

The same can be done using the BYU interface of the BNC by searching for

dis*.[v*]

Thanks！ My edition is with a SARA software,can this software be used to seach words with certain affixes?Besides,what foumula should i input if i want to seach a suffix?

别费劲折腾那个SARA版的了，直接在BYU BNC上搜吧，搜*ed就能拿到所有以ed结尾的词。
