About J.R. Firth

I'm trying to revising my paper. I have quoted a sentence by J.R. Firth.
"Each word when used in a new context is a new word". Where is this sentence from? I'm looking forward to one's help. Please.

Firth (1957: 190) mentions "the general rule that each word when used in a new context is a new word".

Where can I find the book, Dr. Xiao? It seems that this book is hard to find, esp. the E-book.
