It is held by some translation scholars (e.g., Newmark (1981)) that the most persistent errors by even the most competent of L2 translators are not so much grammatical or syntactic as collocational中的not so much grammatical or syntactic as collocational.具体什么意思？谢谢！！

对英语还没学好的人来说，通过语料库能验证语感。但是，被native speaker认为是chinglish （thetranslator's guide to chinglish,2000, P30)的further improve却在view里找到10例，该怎么解释?学生用further improve来翻“进一步提高”对不对呢？
